Discussion group exclusively for DSP professors/teachers around the world. To join and participate, you must be a teacher of a Digital Signal Processing related class.
Hi, in the last few weeks, I have contacted close to 300 teachers of DSP related classes to announce the creation of this discussion group. So far, 45 have joined. I will send a second invitation in September of this year in the hope to at least double this number. In this second invitation, I hope to be able to write that the group is already active and generating some very interesting discussions. Maybe we could start by sharing our favorite pointers to internet resources that could be useful for students and teachers of signal processing (tutorials, applets, free books, etc). I have created a short list here: http://www.dsprelated.com/resources-1/hf/all/Learning_DSP.php that I would like to update with your suggestions. So if you know a good resource that is not yet listed (maybe a document that you have yourself published?), please take a few seconds to let us know about it. Thanks. Stephane Boucher Yahoo! Stephane Thanks for that link! It's very well done and will be very useful I think. Also interesting is the SPIB web page at Rice: http://spib.rice.edu/spib.html They have some useful links there. I've used their database of interesting signals for several class projects. (bottom of first column under "data").
