Hi Guys,
Are there any algorithms for Noise removal like the backgroud noise
for implmentation in voip or for Noise Removal from Speech signals.

see source code for MMSE Ephraim-Malach-type
implementation of the Noise Reduction algorithm in
G.167 AEC code on www.miketdspsolutions.com.
