High temperature operation - roge...@meciria.com - Jul 23 8:47:32 2009

We are in the process of migrating our control unit from 150degC to
175degC.

We currently use a DSPic, but this part is not suitable for the extended
tenperature range.

I am looking for a 175degC DSP chip, memories and a real time clock.

Can anyone recommend devices that are either designed for high temperature
operation, or is known to survive, (and work properly).

The application is "downhole", and the ambient temperature will be
some 175degC
