i,m dyslexic so please bare with me.....
i,m looking to buy a dsp or fpga(DSP) that excels in the following qualities:
1. a/d d/a  conversion 0.01hz or dc to 100hz ELF spectrum.
2. as high a possible sample rate (lots of bits)
3. fast if not fastest....(it,s got to be fast to keep up with TX.)
4. running a simple 180 degree phase shift as its program.
You may question why not an op amp?
The project i,m working needs to establish artificial intelligence
rather than an analogue confusion. Addressing simple identity as 
"conceptual" technological intelligence rather than "being"
technologies.
i,ve searched a fair few sites, but any recommendations would sort me right
out!
