dear sir/madam,
  when i use the following code;
   
  im =imfill(bw,'holes')
  where bw is a binary image with holes.
   
  area=bwarea(im);
   
  it is giving the follwing error;
  ??? Subscripted assignment dimension mismatch.
  Error in ==> bwarea at 40
bb(2:end-1,2:end-1) =b;

  kindly help me to troubleshoot. so thaat i can move forward ....
