Error Concealment | JPEG | MPEG-4 | Wavelet | YUV

Hi all,

I have a video recordered with a digital video. I won't compress the video
any more than it's already compressed in the DV format. About 15 min of film
is up to 1.7 GB. I'm looking for any program or library I can use to process
the movie. I'm going to do some segmentation down to pixel level.

Any suggestions?
Is it possible to convert the DV movie to another format witout
compression/loss, and without increasing the size further?
