Error Concealment | JPEG | MPEG-4 | Wavelet | YUV

Hi All,

I have an image conatining RGB information. I want to apply an Infrared 
effect on to it. Tutorials on how to do that in photoshop are available 
on the net. But what i want is the algorithm for doing that,, so that i 
can make an Infrared filter. Could someone help ?
