Hello,
I am working on the project where WSQ coded fingerprint images have to be sent
over bandwidth constrained mobile net connection, near real time...  
Are there any methods to optimize image transfer using some WSQ properties? For
example, "multilayered" coding, e.g. breaking hi resolution images
into multiple independent images, or just optimizing "chunk" size...
I'd appreciate any idea at this point...
