Error Concealment | JPEG | MPEG-4 | Wavelet | YUV

Hi,
Given an autocorrelation function which has a peak at time instant 0 and  almost
zero values at any other time, I need to find the immediate minima after t=0 ?
Any suggestions on locating the minima's would be helpful.
