Hi all,
I have a doubt regarding the size of macro block in compressed video namely
MPEG-4. Will the size of macro block vary within the compressed domain.In a
paper,I have read that if there is moving object,the size of macro block will
increase.I am not getting how this is becoming true?.Can you provide explanation
for this?.
