Hi everyone,
I have a 3rd order CIC comb filter with decimation ratio of 16. The
freq response of the filter shows a gain of 60 dB. How do I scale
the gain of this filter to 0 dB? Do I minus 1000 from each of the
coefficients of the filter, Hz?
One of the paper I read uses a power of two scaling prior to data
entering the filter. Can somebody explain what is that mean?
