Excel to matlab - aami...@yahoo.co.uk - Mar 30 7:49:22 2006

dear friends,
I am writing a project on the deformation of Offshore monopile foundations and have gathered ,
among others, time(20Hz)-Extension readings which are saved in an excel file in my pc. I wish
to import this Excell file into matlab and deduce a frequecy from this Extension- time readings
with the help of FFT. I also wish to identify and eleminat unchanged values of Extension (which
occure as a result of defects in the measuring equipments). the I have been reading book
relating to this topic and working with the Matlab-student version CD but i still find it
difficult. I would be grateful if you could help.
