hi I have matlab 5.1 and simulink. I need help on how to use spectrum analyzer in simulink. I downloaded some .mdl files from the net but they didn't work perhaps for having an old version. I anyone knows how to run .mdl files of simulink 3 or 4 on version 2 then please tell me. thanks

At before, I also got this same problem. If your Matlab or simulink version haven't update to newer version than the version that established the mdl file, simulink on your pc will be not work. So, I think it shoud be solved by two way. One is update the Matlab or simulink version. Another is find out the version that could read the mdl file then re-save the file as older version file.
