hi mates
   
  1- how can i execute M-files while i am running in SImulink environment ? 
   
  2- What If i want to create a FOR loop inside simulink ?

Hi Puya,

In Simulink Blockset, there is a  subdirectory called "User Defined
Functions". you can use these blocks to run any M file function or S
function.
