Hi, I am doing project on perceptual video coding using HVS models.... 
now i got the compression ratio of 151:1 .... I want to know what will 
be the compression ratio of standards codec which uses hybrid DPCM/DCT 
based video codec..... and how to compare the compression ratio and 
psnr for a video whether it is compared for entire video or individual 
frame... please somebody help me to complete my work...
