Hi all,

Do you guys know how parameters V and DELTA in function "ncx2rnd" refer to
"degrees of freedom" and "non-centrality", respectively? I mean I have no
ideas about whether V is referring to "degrees of freedom" and DELTA
"non-centrality" or alternative.
