Problem in processing multiple images - Veena T - Jun 12 6:42:35 2008

Dear friends,

I need to segment a set of images. So I am trying to run my segmentation
code on the sequence of images one by one.

I am facing an interesting problem in MATLAB--that is the code runs faster
for first 2 images and slows down for the third one. This problem is
consistent. This problem persists if I change the order of the images also.
Images are all of same size. I even cleared all the arrays that are created
during the process. Still the problem persists.

If any one of you have faced this probelm, let me know the solution for it.

regards
