from signal constellation to sinc function in OFDM - edu_forme - Jun 24 10:52:40 2008

i want to investigate the relationship between the signal
constellation and the sinc function in OFDM signal
i have derived like this

FOR EXAMPLE i want to see the effect of 00 then

in the signal constellation it can be represented like Aexp(pi/2) in
phase domain and in time domain 1/(2*j)[exp(-jwt+pi/2) +exp(-jwt+pi/2)]

so i proceed like this

  i take the integral of the function rect(t/T) * Aexp(pi/2) *
1/(2*j)[exp(-jwt+pi/2) +exp(-jwt+pi/2)] dt

to get a sinc function but i didnt end up with a sinc
function ......am i wrong somewhere with my derivation .......

 THANX
