Hello group, I want to use unused part of FLASH as area to store some parameters. Using corresponding bean it works, but only when "waiting in RAM" is enabled. Code increases in ~4KB, which becomes trouble for this small DSP. Could you help with some example that consumes less space than the bean uses - to set protection Off, write data with pooling for the end of operation, protection On ...

Hello, all. My goal is to use 56F8323 Motorola's Hybrid Controller for filtering a sinusoidal signal sampled up to 96 KHz with a bandpass. To implement the digital filter I've to multiply 4 float values and (add/subtract) the results, between every sample. At this moment I use the uController to get the signal from the integratedADc and reproduce the sample through a SPI DAc, all at ...

Hello, I have been using a 56800E USB Tap (CWH-UTP-ONCE-HX) for a while now. In the past, the TX/RX LED flashes green and I am able to program my board. Today, the TX/RX LED is flashing red and I am unable to program my board. According to the manual, a red flashing LED indicates that the tap is powered but is not configured. Does anyone know how to configure it and why I need to conf...

Hi! Did you find a solution to this (or an explanation)? I see this too every now and then and I can't figure out the reason either. The thing is that the program seems to run ok anyway but I get a bit nervous that there might be things not working that I have yet not found out. I'm programming an MC56F8347 with DSP_Func_MFR bean, because I need a sqrt function. mfr32Sqrt() always seems to provide an answer that is 70.7% of a correct answer: for example, if mfr32Sqrt(1000000) returns 707 instead of 1000. It does the same thing with other input parameters as well. Is this a bug, or is there something wrong with me?
