She similar to 826? In a documents it is said that in him there is no

someone can give the standard of bootstarap program for DSPF827.

The 56F827 is shipped with a serial bootloader loaded into the program flash. The serial bootloader code is included in the SDK. The SDK also has documentation on how the serial bootloader software operates. This is in the targeting manual in the applications section.
