Hi, I want to know the names of Manufacturer of 128k SRAM (44 pin 2MB 10 nS)for 56f807. The URL of GStechnology says that SRAM GS72116Tp - 10(TSOP) is not recommended for new design. Regards Kedar. |

Check to see
if there is an A version of this chip, which I was told is a die shrink and that they should be
electrically compatible. I also had Future cross the parts to some sharp chips but they
didn't work, rather than think I just some GSI chips.
