Codewarrior for Motorola DSp ver 5.0 - josalfe2002 - May 2 22:43:00 2002

Hi everyone.
I'm developing my thesis using Codewarrior for Motorola DSP ver 3.5,
but I want to buy the 5.0 academic version because is cheaper than
the non academic version. I want to buy this version in order to use
the SDK libraries. My question is: anyone knows what is needed
(requierements, documents, certifications,etc,etc) to buy this
academic version???...where can I buy it??.
