I am currently doing consulting for a small company in Carlsbad, CA (which is 100+ miles from my home) and they (we) are looking for someone to replace or augment my talents.  They currently have two embedded products in production, one which uses a Motorola DSP56F803 and the other which uses a pic processor running a program built with Vexta tools.   Applicants should probably be experts at SPI communications as well as know something about 4-20mA and intrinsically safe applications.   I will work with the successful candidate for as long as it needed to transfer development.   If there is anybody in the Carlsbad area that may be interested in full time employment, please forward to me your resume.   Jacob Christ www.pontech.com
