LCD operation on a 56362EVM - arnold_the_cat2002 - Feb 16 22:18:00 2005

Hi, I am a newbie to DSP and I have recently acquired a 56362EVM. It
has an LCD built into it which I need to use to display settings for
a filter sweep effect I am trying to create. I think the LCD is
memory mapped to port C but I have no idea how to initialize the LCD
for writing or the exact address to send data to. If anyone could
give me some pointers or some example assembler code I would greatly
appreciate it. Thanks very much.

John

John,

The LCD is controlled by the 68HC11 microcontroller on the EVM. There's
no way to control it directly via the DSP.
