Starter Project... - Jacob - Jul 31 3:19:00 2002

I just got my DSP56827EVM up and running and CodeWarrior 4.0 with the
Motorola SDK 2.4 installed. I tried opening one of the sample projects but
could not figure out how to download / single step through the C code... Any
pointer to documentation that could help would be great.

I believe that our support has gotten you going on this but for others that
might be interested.

We would recommend you go through our tutorial quickly. In the
Targeting_DSP56800.pdf. It shows the quick basics of getting a project up
and running and downloading, etc. It doesn't go into a great amount of
detail, but for someone starting with the DSP56800 it's probably a good
exercise.

You can also look into interactive SDK User’s manual:

Thanks to all who helped... My biggest problem was that I did not see the
Enable Debugger menu pick. Once I got this clicked things started going
much more smoothly.
