Hi:
Has anyone used 56F8013? I just downloaded CodeWarrior 7.0 and tried to
see if the latest CodeWarrior support 56F8013. In the Processor Expert
CUP list, I can't find 56F8013 at all. Please let me know how to get
Processor Expert to work with this new DSP. Thanks for the help.

Hello
I have been experimenting with the 56f8013, and on the version 7.2
(which you get by installing the downloadable updates) there are all
the necessary files for supporting this processor with Processor
Expert.
Good Luck!

Hi:
I installed the CodeWarrior7.2 update and it works. Thanks all for the
help. When I open the CPU bean selector, there are two CPUs for
56F8013. One is with AFPE at the end and another is with VPE. Does any
one know the differences between the two? Please inform.

There are two CPUs: MC56F8013VFAE and MC56F8013VPE. The only
difference between them is packaging: First one is LQFP, and the
second one is SDIP. Your demo board contains LQFP device
MC56F8013VFAE.
