Are there any tutorials on creating a bootloader? Is it any diffrent
then creating a program in metrowerks? I need a bootloader that
checks the s-rec file before loading it. It is for a wireless serial
device. I have tried the motorola one with no luck :(

If you use the CodeWarrior, the Processor Expert contains a bootloader
example accessible using menu File - New...
Choose 'Processor Expert Examples Stationery' and the folder
'Bootloaders' contains bootloader examples for most CPU derivatives.
