Download to 56858 over JTAG without Codewarrior - Alf Katz - Jan 15 17:51:00 2006

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to download a proprietary bootloader to
the DSP56858 over JTAG in a production environment without using
Codewarrior. We use Codewarrior for development, and it's a great tool
for that purpose. However, a command line utility that can form part of
an automated firmware setup sequence would be more manageable in our
production environment. Does anyone know of a utility that can download
one of the Codewarrior output files to the DSP56858 and start it
executing?

Maybe there's already something in the Metrowerks suite.
