You can control Mode 0A and 0B by setting appropriate bits in OMR register, which are latched from EXTBOOT pin. Please see OMR register description in User’s Manual (chapters 3.3.2.8 and 3.3.2.9, as well as section 3.7 and 16.7.6.8).
