hi everybody;
i am working on spoken language recognition and i am new in this area. i could take speach and
match it determined phoneme and i could understand how many times the phoneme used in this
speach. Now i must make an intelligent system to decide which language is using. if someone
could show a way to find an open source code for hidden markov model or neural network which
writen by c++,java,c# or delphi. I will be very glad. thanks in advance.
