Hello All,

I have a question regarding the calculation of the 4 Hz modulation energy of a signal.  I've
seen in mentioned in papers that MFCC's can be used to calculate the 4 Hz modulation energy,
but I have yet to see an algorithm that shows how this is done.  How can the 4 Hz modulation
energy be determined?  I'm hoping to implement this in Matlab for now.  I'm new to speech
processing, so any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
