Hi all, I purchased the G.726 Test Vectors from ITU. I have written code to use these vectors to test my G.726 codec. So far, I can pass ALL the Test Vectors for the RESET SEQUENCES. However, I'm having problem with the HOMING SEQUENCES. I can't get any of these Test Vectors that requires HOMING SEQUENCES to pass. > From the ITU document (G.726 Appendix II Test Vectors 03/91), it

Hi, I would like to know what is the bit-exactness (up to how many bits the output of the fixed point decoder output is matching with the floating point decoder output) for the fixed point implementation of the iLBC code. Any information in this regard would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance, bells.

The problem I met consist of two or more decode each one of them belong to a different channel. I'm implementig a easy routine in which a buffer 160 element wide is create (called RBuffer[]) and fill of sample described by 16 bit. Once the "RBuffer[]" is full the buffer is passed to the encode function of speex like this: speex_bits_reset (&bits1); speex_encode_int(encStat...

Hi, I am currently working on a speech enhancement project. I am implementing a noise cancellation system using Wiener filter. > From what I read in the text books and from the net , I got the transfer function for the filter as h(f) = {psd(noisySignal) - psd(noiseSignal) }/psd(noisySignal). I implemented this in matlab ,but the result was a highly distorted signal. I have given my procedure

Hi, I want to window an audio signal using a Hamming window before I perform an autocorrelation on it. What are the criteria for choosing a window length. Also, what do I do if my sequence length can not be divided up evenly by the optimum window length? i.e. do I pad the last block with zeros? Thanks R

Hi, trying to generate a speech like signal using matlab by passing an impulse train through 3 bandpass filters in series. They have centre frequencies in the range 500Hz to 2kHz. I'm using wavwrite to generate an audio file and all I'm getting is a 'buzz' sound. Nothing like what I expected! Can anyone shed any light on this? L...
