Hello Experts,

My new project requires me to work on IMA ADPCM codec.
I did  a bit googling but found a precious little. I have a few questions.

1. I understand IMA no longer exists. So who is the licensing authority for
IMA ADPCM? Is it microsoft?
2. Is the source code  for IMA ADPCM codec freely available or should it be
licensed from somebody?
3. What are the testing specifications for this codec and where can I get it
from?

Please help me find answers to these questions?
