   I am loking for a G.711 codec were do I get fixed point implememtation of
it
I want to use this to stream audio onto a network may be the internet, do i
need
Packet loss concealment for this codec, If so were do I get it.
and also do I need discontinous transmission i.e VAD and CNG .
