Hi,
Can anyone help me in getting the IS641 Speech codec's
documentation and the fixed point C code
implementation. We are members of ETSI but still I
couldnt get it there....Can anyone suggest a site from
where I can download after bcoming a member?

The IS-641 is a North American TDMA Cellular standard, so I do not
think the ETSI has it.

for the C-code, I guess they also sell it.

In the ETSI site (www.etsi.org) you can download the description and
the C-code for the following GSM codec standards: HR, EFR and NB-AMR
(for the FR only the description). I think they let you download
this standards, free of charge, even if you are not a member.
