Hi,everyone:
I'm writing a program about G.723.1,but now I cann't intergret
G.723.1 Annex B in my program.Who can tell me how to add Annex B code
into my program?my program use Visual C++ 6.0.
Another quertion is that whether Microsoft ACM uses G.723.1 Annex
B.
