hello everybody, i am a new member to this group. in the G.729 Annex B, there is a comparision of full band energy with 15 db to decide whether the frame is voice or noise.but for low speech signals the full band energy values may be below 15db which results in a faulty decision. i want some info. about this 15db threshold.try to help me . good wishes bramara |
