hi sirs, i am new to this group. now i am doing
project on LOW BIT-RATE(<2kbps) CODING OF SPEECH. i
was done pitch determination using autocorrelation
function. now i am trying to deside whether the given
segment of speech is voiced or unvoiced.PLEASE GIVE ME
OVER ALL DESCIPTION.

And for proposed pitch detemination, i am trying to
following the INMARSAT STANDARD--it performs a simple
pitch tracking method givenby

0.8*Ppast<=Pcurrent<=1.2*Ppast

where Ppast--previous speech frme pitch.
Pcurrent--present frame pitch value.

This INMARSAT STANDARD WHERE I HAVE TO GET?
can any one help me out?
