GSM FR test sequence - skakkeri2002 - Feb 25 12:49:00 2003

Hi,

We are working on GSM-FR codec. When we feed any one of the following
test inputs to the decoder, the output is not matching with the
reference output provided by the ETSI.

The input sequences, which are resulting in the wrong outputs, are:
Seq01_u.cod, Seq02_u.cod, Seq03_u.cod, Seq04_u.cod, Seq05_u.cod

But the output of the GSM-decoder after m -law encoding, is matching
with the output of the reference code supplied by the ITU-T (RPE-LTP
as part of G191 standard which is equivalent to GSM FR) for the above
inputs.

Can anybody give reasons for this?. Can we presume that the decoder
working properly?

with regards

K.Srinath
