Hi all, If any one knows the difference b/n CDMA, GSM and ITU-T vocoders, please give your valuable inputs. Why can't we use GSM vocoders itself in CDMA and vise versa? Is there anything specific reason for to use the particular vocoders in praticular network? All speech codec uses LPC,Pitch, codebook search(adaptive and fixed). Then what exactly the major difference in these vocoders used in CDMA and GSM. Thanks in advance. Regards -L.Devaru |
