I got one in : ftp://ftp.qualcomm.com/pub/vocoder/EVRC/ It might be useful for you. hi alifikr- I looked at your suggested ftp site. It contain only one file of the rate determination. I need the full code like the one they have for qcelp. thank you anyway tomer |
