GSM FR VAD function - yuehengs - Aug 22 3:44:00 2003

I built a code for GSM FR VAD, which can pass all test vector without
any problem. But when I test on board I notice if voice is not high
enough, (voice input's amplitude is 8 bit with 13-bit full scale )for
some certain voice like "goo..gle", the "oo" is cut and VAD doesnot
recognize it. Anyone has experience this?
