hi all

i'm working on PLC with th g.723.1 vocoder
when checking out the LSP frequencies i came up with some strange
frquencies knowing that 0 <= LSP <= pi !!! (i.e 4,..
10,..
80,...
.
.
.
.

210,..
233.,,,
) maybe they are multiplicated by 10 ? and if so why?
any explaination
