G.723.1, the parameters - setumi71 - Jan 18 18:34:00 2004

Hi,
I am studying the codec G.723.1 (ITU-T Recommendation).
I would like to know the precise meaning of the following
parameters:
adaptive code book lags (AcLg in the code-c);
adaptive code book gain (AcGn);
noise gain (Mamp);
pulse amplitude (Pamp);
pulse positions (Ppos);
fixed codebook grid (Grid);
combined gain (Tran).

Can someone help me?
Thanks.
Best regards,
Giovy
