Hi Snehal,

This is an excellent, low rate codec (<32kbits/s), for music and speech .
You can get the floating point code at this address:
http://www.3gpp.org/ftp/Specs/html-info/26173.htm

The fixed point code is not public for now, but it should be before the end
of the year.

Look out for the following technical specifications:
26.171,

Series u mentioned is for NBAMR and WBAMR and not for
WBAMR Plus (WBAMR+)
