Where can I find HNM source code? - koro - Oct 20 9:07:00 2004

Hi everyone:
I am interested in the harmonic plus noise model(HNM) which can be
used in very low bit rate coding. Does anyone know where can I get
the source code of this algorithm? Thank you!
