Hi, I was searching for any other parameter used other than Pitch that is used to extract information about the user. For my task of categorization on the basis of ages from speech, use of pitch does not seem to work as it does not give any distinct thresholds for ages. So I am looking for some other feature that might be useful. Also what are the standard pitch values for males and females. Different people give different ranges. Is there any standard accepted range. Also is 160 a justified value to distinguish between males and females ? (it works fine for our system) Thank you in advance ! Cheers, Swanand Deshpande
