HI Ramana,
Usually 3 GPP give only conformance suites.So it is
better to generate streams in IF1 and IF2 format using
a reference encoder and decode using a reference
decoder and compare it with your results from your
implementation or ported code.
AMR WB+ has only a feww additions so you can
practically apply the optimization for all the basic
functions on the AMRWB+ same as AMRWB.

Hi Ramana,
I posted a reply but it got lost somewhere, so I just do it again.
1. The AMR-WB in AMR-WB+ is similar to the AMR-WB. It has an extra
codebook/bitrate.
Most of the functions can be replace directly, you just need to do a
diff of the standars WB and WB in WB+ to highlight the differences.
2. The AMR-WB+ has 2 formats : packet format:RAW/RTP or file format:
3GP. IF1 and IF2 related to AMR-WB in wireless environement.
The 3GPP document 26-274 contains all the details for testing and
conformance. Regards,
