mips calculation for two channels - Ramana Reddy Polaka - Dec 11 9:56:00 2005

Hi All,

how to calculate mips if I have two channels? I devided actual mips with number of channels. Is it correct approach? to calculate actual mips I used the following formula:

mips = ( total clock cyles * Sampling frequency)/( number frames * number samples per frame)

Thanks in advance,

Regards
Ramana
