Dear all,
     I want to use wavelet analysis to decompose and reconstruct CWs based on biorthogonal FIR
linear phase filter banks , but I have found that the time delay of 3-level wavelet
decomposition of CWs is very high (about 6 speech frames). Can you tell me how to solve the
delay problem?
Does the wavelet method benefit to quantization and bits compression?
